Who to contact
Email [email protected] or call +44 (0) 1794 337470, Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:30 UK.
What we collect
- Enquiries. The contact form asks for your name, email address, a subject and a message. The custom quote form also asks for a phone number, a description of the job, an optional model link and an optional file. We email that to our studio inbox so we can reply. This site does not keep a customer database. A file you upload is stored with the quote so we can open it.
- Essential cookies. We set a session cookie and a security cookie so the forms can be submitted. These are strictly necessary under PECR. They do not need a consent banner.
-
Your analytics choice.
When analytics is switched on, a first-party cookie named
cookie_consentremembers “Essential only” or “Accept analytics” for one year. That cookie is essential, because it stores the choice itself. -
Analytics (only with your consent).
If you accept analytics cookies we load Google Analytics 4. It anonymises IP
addresses and tells us which pages people find useful and roughly where in the
world they are. We use Google Consent Mode v2: analytics storage
(
analytics_storage) stays denied until you choose “Accept analytics”, and the advertising signalsad_storage,ad_user_dataandad_personalizationstay denied, because we do not use analytics for advertising. Until you opt in, and if you choose “Essential only”, Google’s script is not loaded at all. After you opt in, each page is recorded as a page view, and a click through to our Etsy shop is recorded as an event. We do not link analytics to an account. (Analytics is not currently switched on.)
Cookies on this site
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
wicked-prints-session |
Keeps your visit together so a form submission belongs to it. Strictly necessary. | About 2 hours |
XSRF-TOKEN |
Protects the forms against cross-site requests. Strictly necessary. | About 2 hours |
cookie_consent |
Remembers Essential only or Accept analytics. Set only when analytics is offered. | 1 year |
_ga, _ga_* |
Google Analytics 4, set only after you accept analytics. | Up to 2 years |
You can change your mind at any time. Choosing “Essential only” stops analytics and
removes Google Analytics cookies from this browser. If analytics was already running,
the page reloads so Google’s script is not kept. Clearing the cookie_consent
cookie makes the banner ask again on your next visit.
Why we use it
We reply to enquiries because you asked us to, as a step before a contract, and because we have a legitimate interest in answering studio and trade messages. Analytics cookies are used only with your consent, which PECR requires before a non-essential cookie is set. You can withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawing it does not affect an enquiry you have already sent.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails and uploaded files are kept for as long as we need them to quote, make the part and deal with any follow-up, then deleted. The session and security cookies last about two hours. The consent cookie lasts one year. If you accept analytics, Google keeps that usage data according to the Analytics property settings. We do not store it on this site.
Third parties
- Google Analytics 4 — usage statistics, only after you opt in. Consent Mode keeps analytics storage denied until then. Google privacy policy
- Etsy — links to our shop leave this site. Etsy sets its own cookies under its own policy. We do not set those cookies here. If you have accepted analytics, we record that the shop link was used. We do not send your enquiry to Etsy. Etsy privacy policy
- Adobe Fonts — pages load our typeface from Adobe’s font service so the site displays as designed. Adobe Fonts privacy
If you accept analytics, Google may process that usage data outside the United Kingdom. Google describes the safeguards it uses in its privacy policy. Enquiry email is handled by the mail service we use to run the studio inbox.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your personal information, for corrections, for deletion, or for us to restrict or stop using it. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. We aim to respond within one month.
